IT IS TIME!!!!!!
1) At the beginning of the game, the Warriors hold their helmets in the air during the National Anthem, when the line "land of the free, and the home of the brave" , in honor of our vets, past and present
2) We kneel before introductions in honor of past coach Lou Pluim, who had his players kneel
3) A Captian leads the Warriors in a chat 'borrowed' from the movie '300', but substitutes Warriors in place of Spartans. We do this because we are not Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors...we are Warriors! You are welcome to join us, every Friday, in the "Ah-ooo, Ah-ooo, Ah-ooo" chant because we are ALL WARRIORS!!!!
4) After every game, win or lose, we sing our school fight song, to our fans...we would like to show that we are proud to be Waupun Warriors and we will fight for victory...no matter what the task. Let's stand and sing with the boys...it means a LOT!
Waupun vs Sheboygan Falls
The season came to a thrilling end with the Warriors defeating Sheboygan Falls 53-49. It was one of those games that will be remembered for a long time. It was a tremendous all around effort by the Warriors. Including the victory over New Holstein this year, the last time the Warriors have beaten Falls and New Holstein in the same year was 2006. This is the most victories for the Warriors since their 3 win season in 2009. The senior class can definitely be proud of how they finished and the foundation that they laid for the future of the program. Our seniors are: Arik Tavs, Cody Mitchell, Ryan Schmitt, Avery Armga, Kirk Allard, Austin Kutz, Caleb Smit, Lorenzo Sherden, Woody Wittlieff, Drew Hraban, Jordan Wierenga, Brady Stockwell, and Alex Schrader. Thank you Class of 2014 Gridiron Warriors!

Waupun at Kewauskum
The Kewaskum Indians continue to have our number as we are now 0-9 in school football history against them. At half we trailed 13-26 and opened with a nice drive, only to be stalled and handled from that point on. Cody Mitchell caught a touchdown for the Warriors for his second consecutive game. Although we practice tackling every day, this week that area of the game will receive extra attention as we take on New Holstein. They are led by a bruising back who is the second leading rusher in the conference. We thank the parents for feeding us our pregame meal, but the Warriors are hungry for a victory this week.
Plymouth at Waupun
The Warriors came out of the gate and played the best team in the conference (Plymouth Panthers) hard for the first 18 minutes of the game. After that, the game got away from us quickly. We appreciated the great crowd in attendance to support the Wall of Fame inductions and activities that happened before the game and at halftime. The players and coaches also thank those that continue to speak positively about the program as pride, character, and class continue to be the core pieces of building the football program. We are excited to show the community how we respond to adversity the last three weeks of the year. This week our focus is on the traditional powerhouse of our conference Kewaskum Indians.
The varsity scored the 2nd highest total that Two Rivers has given up on the year but it wasn’t enough to stop the Raiders offense led by talented Dexter Smith. Warrior player highlights would be Arik Tavs going for over 300 yards passing for the second time this year and Ryan Schmitt eclipsing the 100 yard receiving mark for the 3rd time on the year. Avery Armga also surpassed the century mark in receiving yards. A lot of credit goes to the offensive line as Tavs jersey was still white at the end of the night playing on a sloppy field. Jake Murphy led the team defensively with 14 tackles. The Warriors will continue to play with pride this week as they take on the top team in the conference (Plymouth Panthers) for homecoming.
Waupu At Kiel
Another great game to watch and be a fan of but our Warriors come up just short vs Kiel. We would like to thank Kiel for their moment os silence in honor of Coach Deboer.
Campbellsport at Waupun
Eastern Wisconsin Conference play began against Campbellsport. It was a shootout that our Warriors just missed the mark on.
Milwaukee Lutheran at Waupun
A hard fought game but our Warriors fell short losing the home opener 38-14.
